The team at snowjapan.com have been busy and have just rolled out a big update to their site. It was already a great resource for all things ski and snow in Japan, and it has become even better.

Here’s the announcement about the changes.

The Daily Reports section is a great place to find information about snow conditions in any of the areas that are covered, and one of the things we especially like now is the detailed Snowfall Analysis. For anyone interested in snowfall data, or if you want to know what the snow was like in previous seasons around the time of your ski trip to Yuzawa it is now all really easy to find – Yuzawa Now Snowfall Analysis. For all of you that are looking at coming to Yuzawa in early December and wondering about conditions at that time of year this is worth checking out.

With Kagura opening on November 19th, just 6 days away, the start of winter 2016-2017 in the Yuzawa region is almost upon us.
